GBK does not guarantee any specific tax result, refund, financing outcome, audit result, or savings from using this Site or our services. Past results do not predict future results.

5. Confidentiality (limited)

Information you submit through the contact form, scheduling tool, or other channels before signing an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate fit and respond to you. However, we are not subject to attorney-client privilege, and a confidentiality obligation comparable to a signed engagement begins only when an engagement letter is in place.
