Official deadline guidance: IRS: 2026 fourth-quarter calendar · Florida DOR: RT-6 filing and payment rules
Dates checked October 19, 2026. General guidance, not a guarantee of your individual deadline.
Filing dates are not payroll deposit deadlines.
Federal payroll deposits follow your applicable monthly, semiweekly or next-day rules; some are due before the quarterly return. FUTA accumulated through September is generally due November 2 if the undeposited amount exceeds $500. These dates do not replace your deposit schedule.
